Tuesday, Oct.4- Baked Chicken 3 oz (3pts), Couscous 1 cup (5pts), zucchini/squash mix (free).

Wednesday, Oct.5- Steak 6oz (7pts), red potatoes 1cup (3pts), and green beans(free).

Thursday, Oct. 6- Cajun Shrimp 4oz (2pts), corn/peppers/blk beans 3/4cup (3pts), Jambalaya rice 1 cup (4pts) .

Day 2 of 30 day shred

I'll do the shred tonight when I get home from work. However, meals today so far have been very healthy. Breakfast was a bowl of cereal w/milk 3pts, yogurt 1pt, and for lunch 2 grilled cheeses 8pts, and a bowl of tomato soup 0.  I started with 30pts today and used 12. Not too bad!
