Day 2 of 30 day shred
I'll do the shred tonight when I get home from work. However, meals today so far have been very healthy. Breakfast was a bowl of cereal w/milk 3pts, yogurt 1pt, and for lunch 2 grilled cheeses 8pts, and a bowl of tomato soup 0. I started with 30pts today and used 12. Not too bad!

It's really hard to complete a workout with 4 kids, 2 dogs and 3 cats in the living room wanting to be in the same place. But at least I did it!
