Getting healthy isn't as easy as people think! Whether it is losing unwanted pounds, gaining healthy weight, or just trying to cut the bad stuff out of your daily diet, you need support!!! For the long haul, I have 75 lbs to lose. Short term goal is 10.
Ok, I just finished night #1 of the 30 day shred. Go ahead and laugh but I needed my inhaler (just didn't use it). Yes, it's only 20mins but it is intense! I feel great! Can't wait until tomorrow!
