It begins today!

It's official! I began counting my calories today!! So far.....it's going. I'm working on a bottle of water before I eat my lunch. I'm hoping to exercise tonight. Mark and I have challenged Mom and Dad to see who can lose the most weight by April 12, 2009. Good luck to them... they'll need it!! HaHa!

Day 2

Yesterday seemed to be too busy to get a chance to exercise to a DVD. The day wasn't a total bust. I ate a salad for lunch and had a salad and Baked potato for dinner. I hope to have better luck tonight and actually get to exercise more than just riding my bike with the kids.

Getting started

OK! Tonight I did a 30 minute workout DVD with Heidi. It's fun to do with her. It kicked my butt. There were some moves I was unable to do tonight, but I'm sure with a few more tries (20 more) I'll get it! I have 57.5 lbs. to lose. In the meantime, I plan on toning and working on making my daily food consumption more healthy.  Feel free to add websites of interest, encouraging words, your goals, your progress!!
